I'm a fan of protein shakes and this is probably one of the healthiest blends I've found. While I do take other brands as well, this is by far the best tasting. It dissolves well and provides everything you'll need to make a tasty snack, meal replacement, or recovery shake!
They also make a great protein bar, which I'm willing to break my no sugar rule for.
Sure, there's a specific of cordyceps mushrooms that turn ants into zombies and cause them to explode in a giant burst of spores that create more zombie ants, but other strains almost act like legal EPO!
I never go into an intense training session or race without taking this stuff!
Blog followers might remember a post from earlier this year about how I had been sick ever since my son started daycare. I swear he must have been sneezed on by every kid in the place and brought it all home.
