8) Nov. 10 - Bringing it all Together
*Session 2 will be held on Tuesday, 10/1 @ Montour Trail as we will be at the Great Race on Sunday.

About Your Personal Plan
Our Sunday morning group sessions are going to be a blast, but even if you can't commit to attending them on a regular basis you'll still benifit from this program. You personalized training plan will have you running up to 3 or 4 additional days throughout the week with a personal review of the workouts by your coach. We'll help you map your progress and make adjustments to keep you motivated throughout each of the eight weeks.
Who Should Sign Up
Are you a new runner looking to learn the basics or compete in your first event? We'll set you up with the basic fundamental knowledge you'll need to start a successful, healthy approach to the sport!
Even if you're experienced in running, chances are you could use a great training plan to help you achieve even more. Advanced runners will benefit from expert training plans, coached workouts, and review of training data. You'll get a plan tailored to your current fitness level and based on heart rate zone training.
The clinic will host in person training sessions once a week at either the Baldwin Whitehall High School Track, or the Gill Hall Road Trailhead of the Montour Trail in Jefferson Borough. Impromptu runs will certainly pop up from time to time during the week and on Saturdays.
